Estefania serves as Senior Advisor on International Law at International Whistleblower Advocates and is a Partner at Bold and Brief PLLC. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and Mexico, bringing extensive expertise in anti-corruption, complex litigation, and cross-border investigations.
Her career includes serving as an attorney with the National Whistleblower Center and as a Federal Prosecutor in Mexico, where she headed the Immediate Attention Unit of Internal Affairs at Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office. She has held advisory positions with Mexico’s National Security System Executive Secretary and the Mexican House of Representatives, and has undertaken contractor work with the US and UK Embassies in Mexico.
As co-founder of the anti-corruption NGO TOJIL, Estefania led strategic anti-corruption litigation initiatives. She currently serves as Vice President of the Anti-Corruption Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce-México and she is a member at the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
Estefania holds an LLM from George Washington University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford, and degrees from Escuela Libre de Derecho and Universidad Iberoamericana.
