Kohn, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowers.org\/\">National Whistleblower Center\u2019s (NWC)<\/a>&nbsp;Founder and Chairman of the Board, was recognized as one of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/lianejackson\/2025\/09\/15\/meet-americas-top-lawyers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">America\u2019s Top Lawyers by Forbes<\/a>. This marks the second year that Kohn has received such distinction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forbes\u2019 annual list of America\u2019s Top Lawyers \u201crecognizes the nation\u2019s attorneys who are leaders in their fields, have made the biggest impacts, and are most respected by their peers.\u201d According to Forbes, \u201cThe selection process is based on a rigorous, multi-stage process of journalistic research and evaluation.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/profile\/stephen-m-kohn\/?list=top-lawyers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kohn<\/a>&nbsp;was selected out of more than 2,000 candidates and was acknowledged as \u201ca pioneer in whistleblower law.\u201d As the founding partner of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kkc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kohn, Kohn &amp; Colapinto<\/a>&nbsp;and Chairman of the Board of NWC, he works to advance whistleblower protections worldwide.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of his notable achievements as recognized by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kkc.com\/media\/kkcs-stephen-m-kohn-named-among-forbes-top-200-lawyers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forbes in 2024<\/a>&nbsp;and 2025 include representing the Danske Bank whistleblower who exposed a $230 billion Russian money-laundering scandal.
