Given the high volume of requests, we regret that we are not able to speak with or represent everyone who requests a consultation.
Your Intake Submission
When you submit an intake, International Whistleblower Advocates (IWA) may forward it to a cooperating attorney who will be able to assist you. Cooperating attorneys may include Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto PLLC (KKC PLLC) or an attorney in the country in which you reside. We may request additional information via email to evaluate your request and assess whether any conflict exists. Please provide as much detail as possible if additional information is requested. Any information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

The Intake Process
All these communications are covered under the attorney-client privilege.
Intake Submission
The whistleblower fills out a confidential, secure intake form and the intake process begins. A whistleblower attorney reviews each submission.
Notice of Acceptance
If an attorney may be interested in your case, your intake will be forwarded to them. You may receive an email from KKC PLLC or an attorney member.
Notice of Denial
If an attorney may be interested in your case, your intake will be forwarded to them. You may receive an email from KKC PLLC or an attorney member.
Important Notice
If a representative from KKC PLLC or one of their cooperating attorneys contacts you, please understand that neither KKC PLLC nor the cooperating attorney represents you. You do not have an attorney representing you until you enter into a signed, written representation agreement with an attorney.
